The bike she said suddenly slammed into her client’s vehicle.She said that the motor cycle had no head lamp, and her client’s indicator lights were on. The attorney stated that the charges brought against her client are outrageous.Police prosecutor Stephen Telford told the court that on the day in question, Edwards was riding his motorcycle east along the northern half of Mandela Avenue when he made an attempt to turn and collided with the defendant.Edwards was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation where he was pronounced dead on arrival.The police prosecutor did not object to bail for the defendant.
