Minister of Works, Hydraulics and Transport, Robeson Benn has appointed a Board of Inquiry to investigate the circumstances that led to an incident in which a trawler captain disappeared and four of his crew members were severely burnt while working on a vessel registered under Pritipaul Singh Investments.The Board of Inquiry which commenced work last Tuesday is headed by Captain Ranchie Adams and comprises Lt.
